This inaugural award will be presented at the AWAR Annual Luncheon in Dublin during the aviation conference week in January 2026.
Please nominate a rising female star who you believe encapsulates the spirit of Jane. We are looking for women with approximately 5-15 years of experience who are independently minded, determined, and fearless – someone who is already making an impact on the future of our aviation community and the industry.
